Each year the Chairmen and Secretaries of the Consultative Committees at the larger UK airports meet to discuss common issues and to share experience.  The 2008 meeting was held at Heathrow (the Runnymede Hotel) on 11/12 June. You can see the Programme, Agenda and Agenda papers by clicking the links below. The Minutes of the meeting, and the presentations, will be published on this page as soon as they become available.

The Annual Liaison Meeting is administered by the officers of Gatwick Airport Consultative Committee - the contact is Paula Street  - and by Stuart Innes of London City Airport Consultative Committee.
