Each year the Chairmen and Secretaries of the Consultative Committees at the larger UK airports meet to discuss common issues and to share experience.  On this page we reproduce the agenda papers and minutes of the meeting held at Birmingham in 2003 along with the slides used in two presentations given to the meeting.

The Annual Liaison Meeting is administered by the officers of Gatwick Airport Consultative Committee - the contact is Paula Street  - and by Stuart Innes of London City Airport Consultative Committee.
