Liverpool John Lennon Airport Consultative Committee

Background

Section 35 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 empowers the Secretary of State for Transport by Order to designate Airports for the purposes of consultation. The effect is to require the Airport to provide facilities for consultation on matters concerning the management or administration of the Airport for users of the Airport, for any local authority and for any other organisation representing local interests.
